Hilton brings Motto brand to Japan with 108-room Kyoto hotel opening in 2029

The hotel will be a two-minute walk from Shijo Stop on the Kyoto Municipal Metro Karasuma Line and Karasuma Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line. This will allow guests convenient transport accessibility to popular Kyoto tourist attractions including Nishiki Market, the well-known Gion and Higashiyama areas, and retail offerings in the Shijo Kawaramachi area.

This is going to be the first Motto by Hilton real property in Japan. The hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant and a lobby with an open terrace.

Hilton is going to manage the real estate for Heiwa. The Japanese developer and real estate company handles an account of business and non commercial properties in Japan, featuring the stock market properties in towns like Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka.

In Kyoto, Hilton’s account is readied to grow to seven lodgings throughout various companies, featuring an upcoming Curio Collection by Hilton real estate.
