The three property developments give Singapore customers a breadth of residential alternatives, noted Adrian Lim, senior director and chief of international housing sales at Savills Singapore. “Purchasers can take into consideration not only the individual home, but also the sort of area and way of life that best suits their requirements.”

Cavallo is an apartment high rise along Clarke Road in Southbank, an inner-city suburban area merely southern of Melbourne’s CBD. The 188-unit project offers one- to two-bedroom apartments evaluating from 603 to 1,227 sq ft.

Meanwhile, The Kensington is located around Anzac Parade in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The mixed-use development– a project by Australian property business TOGA Group– has 142 high-end houses sitting atop a ground-floor retail podium.

Cavallo is close to sites including the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, South Melbourne Market and Rod Laver Arena. It also provides convenient access to tertiary education facilities consisting of the University of Melbourne’s Southbank school, La Trobe University and Victoria University.

The property development is approximately a six-minute walk away from the St Leonards train stop, offering citizens public transport connectivity to the CBD. Other neighboring services include Shopping mall 88’s retail offerings, Royal North Shore Health center and colleges. Park Avenue Residences is expected to be completed this year.

Apartments at 3 new property developments in Australia– Cavallo, Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington– are going to be launched for sale to Singapore purchasers throughout the weekend of Sept 19 and 20, stated Savills Singapore. Cavallo stands in Melbourne, whilst Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington reside in Sydney.

The Kensington is two mins away on foot from Kensington Terminal, a stop on the L3 Kingsford Line on Sydney’s CBD and South East Public transportation connection. The real estate is also nearby primary health and universities, covering the University of New South Wales.

Costs begin with A$ 705,000 ($ 639,375) for a one-bedder and A$ 1.1 million for a two-bedroom unit. Created by Melbourne-based property developer LAS Group, the plan is slated for conclusion in 4Q2028.
