Hilton Garden Inn expands in Apac with two new signings in Busan and Hyderabad
The 111-key hotel is going to be element of a larger mixed-use development, and is well-positioned to take advantage of Busan’s growing profile as a leisure, wellness and medical tourist center, claims Hilton. The city is targetting to invite 100,000 foreign clinical guests each year by 2030.
In India, the firm has partnered with Fairmont Group, a property firm stationed in the city, to introduce Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally. This is the company’s initial accommodation in Hyderabad.
Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally is the city’s 3rd Hilton lodging, after the recently started 115-key Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, and the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli. The latter will most likely have 304 guestrooms and suites.
Positioned within a mixed-use project, the 96-room lodging consists of an all-day dining restaurant with a bar, and more than 10,000 sq ft of gathering and event area. The real property is adjacent to Grade An office spaces and retail channels, with accessibility to key business districts through the Outer Ring Road, a 158km-long expressway circling Hyderabad.
Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang are going to offer a all-day dining restaurant, coffee shop and lounge, fitness hub, swimming pool, spa and sauna facilities. It is near neighborhood attractions including Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Lotte World Adventure Busan and Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets.
International hospitality giant Hilton has already revealed the finalizings of two new Hilton Garden Inn properties throughout Asia Pacific (Apac)– in Busan, South Korea, and Hyderabad, India– which will both launch in 2028.
Noh Dae Hyun, chairman of MS&C Co, mentions, “By leveraging Gijang’s natural surroundings and local facilities, we intend to produce a separated place that incorporates hospitality, wellness and non commercial experiences.”
Hilton Garden Inn is the firm’s upscale company that provides affordable lodgings with increased amenities. The brand has about 40 trading accommodations in Apac.
In the coastal country of Gijang in Busan, Hilton signed an operation arrangement with South Korean F&B manufacturing company MS&C Co, to release Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang.
The hotel is South Korea’s subsequent Hilton Garden Inn, with the very first being a 208-key estate in Gangnam, Seoul, that started in 2021. Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang are going to add to the firm’s 11 trading and pipeline hotels in South Korea.
